The hostess was very friendly and provided efficient check-in. The room was excellent and clean. I found the bed really comfy. It was GREAT to have a fan mounted on the wall. I slept very well .
i did notice that the hotel could use some upgrades and a little tlc though.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities, very convenient! the bathroom was super clean and well-kept. it was nice that both the bedroom and bathroom were warm, which I appreciated given the cold weather outside.

The hotel's location is convenient, being a short walk from the local train station. It also near north shore beach. the great orme and the pier are easily accessible. i think the friendly and helpful staff really enhanced the experience.

The hotel is situated on the main promenade, which i think offered magnificent views of the sea and the pier. This prime location makes it easy to access nearby attractions and enjoy the coastal scenery. IT'S a very pleasant location.

The location was excellent. It was so close to the beach. Shops were also nearby. The owners proved very friendly and ensured I felt welcome. Breakfast was very good, I loved the selection.
The TV didn't work, this was a small inconvenience during my evening. The TV remote also had no batteries. I needed to ask for new ones.

the owners gave such a warm welcome and provided full information on breakfast and the hotel facilities upon my arrival! i found the hotel clean. its location is prime, right on the promenade near the pier, shops, restaurants and bars. the breakfast, cooked to order, was AMAZING!!!
the room was very small, but i was only there for a short stay, so it was manageable.

The owners were very nice and professional. They were available for anything i required! they gave advice and information about the area. the staff provided assistance with my luggage after checkout, very convenient.

The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. I had full information on what was available each morning. it was served in a really nice dining area. the high standard of the food was apparent. It added a touch of elegance.

The hotel is clean. I noticed this throughout my stay. the location on the promenade is fantastic! the smart tv in my room worked perfectly. the wifi signal was strong too, a definite plus.
